Overview: Chongqing University of Technology, abbreviated as CQUT, is located in Chongqing, a municipality directly under the central government. It is a member of the China Ordnance Collaborative Innovation Alliance, an ordinary undergraduate institution jointly built by the central and local governments, a key university under construction in Chongqing, an implementing university of the national college students innovation and entrepreneurship training program, a university with typical employment experience for national graduates, one of the first batch of universities for the transformation and technology transfer of scientific and technological achievements, and an selected university for the first batch of new engineering research and practice projects of the Ministry of Education.

The school traces its origins back to the No. 11 Technical School of the Ordnance Department of the National Government established in 1940. After 1950, the school was renamed successively as the Industrial Vocational School of the 21st Arsenal, the Industrial School of the Southwest Industrial Department of the Southwest Military and Political Commission, Chongqing Machinery Industry School, the Southwest First Industrial School of the Second Ministry of Machinery Industry, Chongqing Industrial School, Chongqing Machinery Manufacturing Industry School, Chongqing First Machinery Manufacturing Industry School, Chongqing Institute of Technology, and Chongqing Institute of Industrial Management. In 1999, it was transferred to the management of Chongqing Municipality by China Ordnance Industry Corporation and renamed Chongqing Institute of Technology. In 2001, Chongqing Economic Management Cadre College was incorporated as a whole. In 2009, it was renamed Chongqing University of Technology with the approval of the Ministry of Education.

(4) QXT 323 - 2016 "Technical Conditions for Meteorological Low-Speed Wind Tunnels".
III. Main Indicators and Project Contents
(1) The design, construction, and provision of materials for the installation project of the wind tunnel anechoic chamber (the general contracting project of Party B is a turnkey project) shall be the responsibility of Party B.
(2) Volume requirements of the wind tunnel anechoic chamber (length × width × height): External dimensions: 4800mm × 4600mm × 3400mm,
Internal effective net dimensions: 3200mm × 3000mm × 2600mm, with an accuracy of ± 100mm.
Main Acceptance Terms for Wind Tunnel Anechoic Chamber Products:
(1) When cooperating with the power stage system, the noise shall reach: 0m/s ﹤ 40dB(A), 50m/s ﹤ 75dB(A)
